I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and comfortable furniture. The front desk staff was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting attractions like Comerica Park and Ford Field. However, the dining options were limited, and some staff members seemed idle instead of being proactive.
My stay at the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks. The lack of amenities like a pool or workout room for the same price was disappointing. The cleanliness issues, like finding used facecloths in the room and a slight cigarette smell, were a turn-off. However, the friendly and attentive service, along with the convenient downtown location, made the stay somewhat enjoyable.
Upon arriving at 9:30 pm, I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, but unfortunately, the rooms seemed dirty and unfinished.
